Recruitment Caution - Clarification in Public Interest

It has come to our attention that certain unscrupulous elements are sending out false emails purporting to be from Arsa Group . These fraudulent emails may invite recipients for interviews or claim to offer job opportunities with Arsa Group, while demanding deposits of money as a “refundable security” or “processing fee” in designated bank accounts. Such emails are falsely presented as if they are from officials of the HR Department of Arsa Group.

We wish to clarify that Arsa Group has not sent any such emails. As a matter of policy, Arsa Group does not collect any money from candidates at any stage of the recruitment process. Arsa Group and its affiliate companies bear no responsibility for amounts deposited or withdrawn in response to such fraudulent communications.

These fraudulent emails may use the ID, domain name, or a deceptively similar name of Arsa Group to appear authentic. Please note that Arsa Group is taking appropriate steps to address this issue.

• ARSA Group will never ask for money from the candidate at any stage of the recruitment process

• ARSA Group will address job application with proper salutations including the last name (not with generic greetings)
